RETURNS:

HOW TO RETURN ITEMS:
A. Get in Touch: To start a return, simply email our customer service team at contact@deskpicks.com Include your order number and the reason for your return.
B. Return Approval: Once we approve your return request, we’ll give you a Return Authorization (RA) number and clear instructions on how to send back the item(s).
RETURNING ITEMS:
A. Your Job: You’re responsible for paying the return shipping cost unless we made a mistake or you received a defective product.
B. Safe Packing: Make sure to pack the item(s) securely to prevent damage during transit.
GETTING YOUR MONEY BACK:
A. How Long: We try to process refunds quickly, usually within 2 business days of receiving the item(s) back.
B. How You Get It: Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
EXCHANGE:
Currently, we do not offer exchanges. If you want a different item, please return your purchase and place a new order.
BROKEN OR DAMAGED ITEMS:

For returns, use a shipping service with insurance and tracking. We’re not responsible for items that are lost or damaged in transit. We require proof of receipt of the returned item(s) before issuing a refund
GIFTS:
If you received an item as a gift and wish to return it, you’ll receive a gift certificate once we receive the item(s). If the item was purchased by someone else, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
